Job Description
Title: Python Backend Engineer
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Exp: 3 to 5 yrs
:
Strong working knowledge of Python
- Practical experience with asynchronous Python programming
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI
- Hands-on use of Pydantic for validation and schema modeling
- Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP semantics, and API versioning
- Solid experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or test-first development
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code
- Practical understanding of SOLID principles, and clean code practices
- Working knowledge of common design patterns and when to apply them
- Familiarity with low-level design concepts (function/class boundaries, data flow)
- Strong experience with Git and PR-based workflows
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience writing and maintaining tests using pytes
