Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Python Backend Developer

with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have 3

-8 years of experience

in backend development using Python, and a solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python. Architect scalable microservices-based solutions for enterprise applications. Collaborate with frontend developers (React), DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Integrate third-party services, databases, and cloud-native components. Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevSecOps best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-8 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.

Strong knowledge of frameworks like

Django, Flask, or FastAPI

. Experience with

RESTful APIs

GraphQL

WebSockets

. Proficiency in

SQL and NoSQL databases

(e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with
