Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Python. Build and maintain microservices, RESTful APIs, and automation scripts. Integrate AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager. Optimize cloud functions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or Jenkins. Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, high-performing cloud solutions. Ensure logging, monitoring, and alerting for Lambda functions and other AWS resources. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and best practice enforcement across teams. Lead or mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python (OOP, error handling, concurrency, libraries like boto3, pandas, requests, etc.). Proven experience in AWS Lambda and serverless architecture. Hands-on with AWS core services - S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, API Gateway, Step Functions. Expertise in REST API design, JSON handling, and third-party API integrations. Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and automated deployment practices. Familiarity with event-driven systems and asynchronous processing. Experience working with Git, Agile methodologies, and unit/integration testing frameworks.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python + AWS Lambda Developer to design, develop, and optimize serverless cloud applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python programming, AWS services, and cloud-native architecture, with strong hands-on experience in automation, API development, and distributed system design.
