About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

Python & Java Developer

with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of backend development, API design, application debugging, and scalable architecture. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune, available as

permanent employment

contract-based engagement

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using

Python

and

Java

. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product. Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization for performance and scalability. Work with relational and NoSQL databases. Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions. Ensure high-quality documentation and version control using Git.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Strong proficiency in

Python

and

Java

(Core Java + Spring/Spring Boot). Experience with

REST APIs, Microservices architecture

. Hands-on experience with at least one Python framework (Flask/Django/FastAPI). Solid understanding of

OOP

, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with databases such as

MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

, etc. Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

, Git, and Agile development. Experience in unit testing and code quality assurance tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
