Grade : C1(6 to 10 ys)
Position: Senior Consultant (LLM Apps with AI Focus)
Role : Working with team on AI development of innovative Large Language Model applications. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Python, Flask/FastAPI, Azure Apps, and experience with OpenAI/LLamaIndex/Mistral or any LLM RAG Model. Additionally having experience or knowledge on Azure Bot Framework with AI Services like Open AI, LUIS, QnA Maker, Bing Translator etc with .Net Background is good to have. Proficiency in both NoSQL and SQL databases is required, along with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Python and AI technologies.
Strong proficiency in Flask or FastAPI for web development.
Prior Experience to OpenAI or any LLM RAG Model is highly desirable.
Experience working with Azure services, particularly Azure AI Services and Azure Apps.
Solid understanding of both NoSQL and SQL databases, with experience in database design and optimization.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities:
Work with a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of LLM applications with a focus on integrating AI capabilities.
Collaborate with AI researchers and experts to design and implement intelligent features using OpenAI or any LLM RAG Model.
Restful API Design and Development
Architect and develop scalable and secure solutions leveraging Azure AI Services Like AI Search and Azure Apps, Azure Storage, etc.
Integration with Identity Provider , SSO Implementations and other such integrations.
Design and optimize databases, both NoSQL and SQL, to support AI-driven functionalities.
Stay abreast of advancements in AI, LLM, and legal tech to incorporate innovative solutions into our applications.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.
