Looking for talented engineers who are eager to work on challenging technical
problems, contribute at the ground level to an AI platform, and gain hands-on
experience with production-scale AI deployments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain full-stack applications powering AI-driven knowledge retrieval platform
Work on both backend and frontend technologies
Optimize and scale large-scale document indexing, retrieval, and embedding generation pipelines
Implement and improve chunking, contextual search, and knowledge graph methodologies
Build secure authentication and user management features
Collaborate with AI engineers to develop & integrate new generative AI models
Debug, profile, and optimize API performance for high-load, scale out systems
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python
Exposure to cloud services and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes,
AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in AI, NLP, and knowledge retrieval systems
Understand how to use AI to vibe code POCs and then take them forward into
production quality deployments
Good communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with RAG-based architectures
Exposure to GPU-based model inference
Contributions to open-source projects related to AI

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
