Key Responsibilities

Design and build scalable

AI-powered backend services

using

Python (FastAPI / Flask)

. Integrate and fine-tune

GenAI APIs

like

OpenAI

,

Hugging Face

, and others. Develop and deploy

chatbots

,

AI workflows

, and

NLP pipelines

. Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code across the AI stack. Work with

vector databases

(e.g.,

Pinecone

,

FAISS

) for semantic search and embeddings. Collaborate across teams (frontend, product, design) to ship AI features efficiently. Apply

prompt engineering

, embedding models, and

LLM tuning

in real-world use cases. Mentor junior interns and support their technical growth (optional).

Required Skill Set

Strong experience in

Python development

(3+ years preferred). Practical exposure to

AI/ML

,

NLP

, or chatbot systems. Familiarity with

FastAPI

Flask

, and REST API development. Experience working with

Git

, software lifecycle tools, and Agile teams. Working knowledge of any of the following:

Hugging Face Transformers

Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL); bonus if familiar with
