Role : Python & AI Developer
Location : Remote
Exp : 5+years of professional software development experience.
Note : Candidate LinkedIn should be HIC Global Solution or Hided LinkedIn
Shift timings : 11AM - 8PM
Mandatory Skills : AI/ML, LLMs, Python, RAG pipelines, RESTful APIs, React/Typescript
Requirement :
Strong experience with Python and backend development.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, ideally with experience in embeddings, vector stores, or LLMs.
Good to have: practical experience with RAG pipelines
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred), Elasticsearch, or scalable data systems.
Bonus: frontend experience with React/TypeScript.
Strong problem-solving ability, autonomy, and comfort working in a remote-first environment
Clear communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams.
