Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PYTHA 3D CAD, SketchUp, and Interior Design Specialist with expertise in production cutlists to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating conceptual interior design ideas into precise 3D models and technical drawings, utilizing advanced CAD software. Your skills will help streamline the production process, ensure accurate material lists, and support seamless project execution from design conception through renovation or remodeling. Duties

Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations using PYTHA 3D CAD, SketchUp, and AutoCAD to accurately represent interior design concepts. Create comprehensive production cutlists that specify materials, quantities, and specifications for manufacturing and installation. Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to interpret design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Prepare detailed drawings for construction, renovation, lighting design, and remodeling projects utilizing CAD/SKETCHUP software. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively through project management practices while maintaining high-quality standards. Review contracts and specifications to ensure compliance with client expectations and industry standards. Support the sales process by providing technical expertise on interior design solutions, lighting options, and remodeling strategies. Conduct site visits as needed to verify designs against real-world conditions and support construction or renovation efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience with SKETCH UP 3D CAD software is essential; with SketchUp is required. Solid understanding of drafting standards, interior design principles, color theory, lighting design, and construction processes. Experience creating accurate production cutlists using PYTHA software Knowledge of contracts management related to interior projects including renovation and remodeling work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members. Background in sales or client consultations related to lighting sales or interior solutions is a plus.
