We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

IB PYP Teacher

to join our teaching faculty in Jaipur. The candidate should have a passion for progressive education and the ability to inspire young learners through

inquiry-based and concept-driven learning

in line with the

IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)

philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver lessons following the

IB PYP curriculum framework

. Promote

inquiry-based learning

and foster curiosity and independent thinking. Plan, prepare, and assess student learning through formative and summative assessments. Collaborate with peers to plan

transdisciplinary units

and classroom activities. Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences. Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth. Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment. Participate in professional development, IB training sessions, and school events. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and achievements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command of English (spoken and written). Understanding of

IB philosophy and inquiry-based pedagogy

. Creativity, adaptability, and passion for student-centered teaching. Team player with strong organizational and planning skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
