IB PYP Teacher

to join our dynamic academic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about

inquiry-based learning

, uphold the IB philosophy, and create a stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and collaboration among young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the

IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework

. Foster inquiry-based and concept-driven learning across disciplines. Design and implement assessments that align with IB standards. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute transdisciplinary units. Encourage students to develop critical thinking, communication, and research skills. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Participate in

IB training workshops, professional development

, and school events. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Strong understanding of

child-centered and inquiry-based pedagogy

. Ability to integrate technology and interactive tools in teaching. Creativity, adaptability, and a nurturing teaching style. Effective classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Ed. (mandatory) with specialization in relevant subject area. Prior experience with

IB / Cambridge / International curriculum

preferred. Certification or training in

IB PYP

will be an added advantage. Freshers with enthusiasm for the IB methodology are encouraged to apply.
