Develop engaging lessons using stories, poems, phonics, vocabulary building, comprehension activities, and creative writing tasks.
Use technology, manipulatives, and visual aids to support language acquisition.
Assessment & Documentation
Conduct varied
formative and summative assessments
to track student progress.
Maintain portfolios, evidence of learning, rubrics, and feedback as per IB guidelines.
Provide timely feedback to support student growth in literacy skills.
Student Engagement & Development
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
Encourage reading habits, expressive communication, and critical thinking.
Guide students in self-reflection, peer feedback, and developing learner agency.
Classroom Environment
Create a literacy-rich environment with reading corners, anchor charts, word walls, and displays.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and student-centered atmosphere.
Collaboration & School Participation
Work collaboratively with homeroom and specialist teachers for integrated learning.
Participate in IB training, workshops, planning meetings, and PYP exhibitions.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
