We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated

PYP English Teacher

to join our

IB (International Baccalaureate) Primary Years Programme

team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about inquiry-based learning and possess excellent English language and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with

IB PYP framework

. Foster inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and creativity among students. Develop lesson plans integrating

language, literature, and communication skills

. Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments. Encourage a love for reading, writing, and effective expression in students. Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units of inquiry. Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Participate in school events, parent interactions, and professional development sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent spoken and written English communication. Understanding of

IB PYP philosophy

and inquiry-based teaching. Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. Proficiency in integrating technology into lessons. Creative, adaptable, and student-centered teaching approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Ed. (mandatory) with English specialization. Experience in IB / Cambridge / International curriculum preferred. Training or certification in

IB PYP

is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude.
