About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

PYP Coordinator

to lead the Primary Years Programme (PYP) in our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the IB framework, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor teachers while ensuring high-quality teaching and learning practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). Guide teachers in planning, designing, and delivering inquiry-based learning. Facilitate collaborative planning meetings and ensure IB standards are met. Organize professional development and training for PYP staff. Ensure alignment of curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy with IB requirements. Act as the liaison between the school and the IB organization. Support the development of students' holistic growth, inquiry, and international-mindedness. Prepare documentation and reports for IB authorization and evaluation visits. Engage with parents and the school community to promote the PYP philosophy.
