Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning



Plan, prepare, and deliver transdisciplinary units of inquiry aligned with the Programme of Inquiry (POI). Integrate subject areas (language, math, social studies, science, arts, PSPE) into inquiry-based learning experiences. Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that reflects IB values.

Assessment & Reporting



Use varied assessment strategies (formative and summative) to monitor student progress. Maintain accurate student records and provide regular feedback. Prepare student progress reports and portfolios in line with IB standards. Facilitate student-led conferences and exhibitions.

Collaboration & Professional Growth



Work collaboratively with colleagues during grade-level and PYP planning meetings. Contribute to curriculum development and reflection processes. Participate in IB-recognized professional development and school-based training. Engage in continuous self-reflection to enhance teaching practice.

Community & Communication



Communicate effectively with parents regarding student learning and well-being. Encourage parent involvement in the learning process. Model the IB Learner Profile attributes and foster them in students.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
