Store Manager

to lead our store operations in

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end store operations and daily sales activities Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve targets Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards Drive sales, upselling, and cross-selling of beauty products Maintain inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising Handle store reports, cash management, and compliance Ensure brand guidelines and SOPs are followed
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (Retail) Experience in

beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle retail

preferred Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills Target-driven and customer-focused mindset Basic computer knowledge (billing, reports, inventory)
