Purplle is one of India's leading beauty and personal care platforms, offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and wellness products. We are expanding our retail presence across Kerala and are looking for dynamic Store Managers to lead our stores.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning Drive sales targets and improve store profitability Lead, train, and motivate the store team (Beauty Advisors & Executives) Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards Maintain inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control Implement visual merchandising and brand guidelines Handle cash management, billing, and daily reports Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail Management preferred) Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (Retail, Beauty, FMCG preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills Target-oriented with strong sales acumen Willingness to work in shifts and weekends Local language proficiency (Malayalam mandatory)
