Purplle is looking for an experienced and dynamic

SM/ASM

to lead our retail store operations in

Adoor, Pathanamthitta

. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail sales experience, and a passion for beauty & customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store performance Lead, train, and motivate store staff Ensure excellent customer experience and high service standards Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control Maintain VM (visual merchandising) as per brand guidelines Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum

2-5 years

of experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Retail Manager Experience in

beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG retail

preferred Strong communication and team-handling skills Target-driven and customer-focused mindset Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
