We are looking for an experienced

Purchase Manager

to manage procurement activities and vendor relations for our operations in Saoner. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of procurement processes, and prior experience handling purchases for plant/site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute procurement strategies for timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services
? Vendor development, evaluation, and maintaining long-term supplier relationships
? Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality and timelines
? Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
? Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage inventory levels
? Handle purchase orders, contracts, and follow-ups for delivery
? Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Proven experience as Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role
? Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
? Knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions in/around Saoner preferred
? Good communication and analytical skills
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
