The Purchase Assistant is responsible for assisting in sourcing and purchasing bearings, tools, and related materials from approved suppliers. Duties include preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, negotiating with vendors, coordinating with store and accounts teams, monitoring inventory levels, and raising requisitions to avoid stockouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing bearings, tools, and related materials from approved suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain purchase records.
Negotiate with vendors for best prices, credit terms, and timely supply.
Coordinate with store and accounts team for material receipt and payment process.
Monitor inventory levels and raise requisitions to avoid stockouts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
1-3 years of experience in purchasing engineering items.
Proficiency in Tally software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
