Within the Indian Service Center you are responsible for the transport flows in your portfolio, always keeping the balance between cost, service and daily operations

• You actively manage your transporters, always being kept "online" informed of what is happening in the worldwide transport market.
• You optimize communication and logistics routines between the ISC, the Customer Center and the end customers.
• Integration with the different transporters to achieve a logistical optimization in terms of both speed and cost.
• Working on continuous improvement and optimization of our own transport applications and systems.
• Analyzing the transport flows in your portfolio.
• You work closely with the shipping coordinator who takes care of the operational planning of the transport.

You report to the Teamleader- OBL.
Knowledge and Experience Specifications

• Graduate in any domain
• Fluent English, good knowledge of native language is a plus
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
• You can think analytically and systematically
• Logistics experience is a plus
• You have had your first work experience
• You have a dynamic personality with strong communication skills and a creative, innovative attitude.
• You are able to function independently as well as in a team.
• Working under time pressure to realize set objectives is no problem for you.
