Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to source materials, goods, and services.

2. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value.

3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.

4. Quality Control: Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.

5. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

6. Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

7. Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage inventory levels and minimize waste.

8. Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve purchasing processes to reduce costs.
