La Fierte Restro Bar is seeking a dedicated and responsible
Purchaser cum Inventory Executive
to manage daily procurement and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling food & beverage purchases and proficient in maintaining accurate inventory records using appropriate software.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the purchase of restaurant-related items (raw materials, groceries, beverages, consumables, etc.) as per requirement.
Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and negotiate for best prices without compromising quality.
Maintain stock records for all items and update inventory regularly.
Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed to avoid shortages.
Check quality and quantity of deliveries.
Generate purchase orders and inventory reports on suitable software.
Prevent wastage, pilferage, and ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and service staff for smooth functioning.
Software Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of
inventory management software
(like Petpooja, GoFrugal, POSist, or Excel-based systems).
Ability to generate reports and maintain digital stock registers.
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in purchasing and inventory management in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work long hours and handle pressure.
