Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Purchaser / Buyer

who is fluent in

Chinese

and has strong knowledge of

export-import operations, landed cost calculation, replenishment planning, and supply chain management

. The role will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure products from

domestic and international suppliers

, particularly Chinese vendors Communicate effectively in

Mandarin/Chinese

with suppliers regarding pricing, quality, lead times, and contracts Manage

end-to-end import/export processes

, including documentation, customs coordination, and compliance Calculate and analyze

landed costs

(product cost, freight, duties, taxes, and other charges) Plan and execute

replenishment strategies

to maintain optimal inventory levels Monitor

inventory performance

, stock availability, and turnover to avoid stockouts or overstocking Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiencies Track supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delays, or shortages Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and supplier records in ERP or inventory systems
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)

- speaking and written communication required Strong knowledge of

export/import regulations and procedures

Proven experience in

landed cost analysis and cost optimization

Hands-on experience with

inventory management and replenishment planning

Understanding of

supply chain management principles

and best practices Proficiency in

ERP systems, Excel, and inventory management tools

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
