Role: Purchase/Procurement Executive for (IOT \xe2\x80\x93 Internet of Things) Position- Executive

Salary scale- 1.8L to 2.4L per annum KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: \xc2\xb7 Handling procurement required for Production and R&D products \xc2\xb7 Handling Import Shipments and Custom Clearance Process \xc2\xb7 Consolidation of BOMs \xc2\xb7 Requesting Quotes from Multiple Vendors \xc2\xb7 Sorting the Quotes according to Lowest prices \xc2\xb7 Generating PO and making Payments \xc2\xb7 Checking Inward material with ordered PO if any Shortage quantities received \xc2\xb7 Reviewing Defective components and Processing it for refund/replacement \xc2\xb7 Ordering samples and Getting Feedback from R&D for production Lot \xc2\xb7 Entry of all the procurement invoices in tally with Accounts department \xc2\xb7 Ordering Shortage Components on Urgent Basis \xc2\xb7 Finalizing BOM pricing for new Products \xc2\xb7 Generating Production File and Forwarding to Production Department for Stencils \xc2\xb7 Planning for production lots on basis on Sales PO \xc2\xb7 Submitting BOE to Banks \xc2\xb7 Making procurements based reports \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with R&D team for any design changes while reordering \xc2\xb7 Establishing Meetings with new suppliers and requesting for samples and quotation \xc2\xb7 Sharing the lead time/transit time with Store & Production Department for parts so that they can plan production accordingly \xc2\xb7 Preparing documents for Foreign Payments and coordinating with bank team. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Morning shift
