Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-BOM Purchase Executive with 2-4 years of experience in the automotive industry. This role will focus on the procurement of non-production materials essential for daily operations, maintenance, and facility needs, ensuring cost efficiency and timely supply for smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of Non-BOM Items: Identify, source, and purchase non-BOM materials, including MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies, consumables, tools, PPE, office supplies, and facility maintenance items.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines to achieve cost savings.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for non-BOM items, preventing shortages or excess stock. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Supplier Evaluation: Conduct periodic performance reviews of suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and delivery standards are met. Evaluate and onboard new suppliers as necessary.
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings in purchasing processes. Negotiate effectively to obtain competitive pricing and payment terms while ensuring quality standards.
• Order Processing: Raise purchase orders and follow up on order confirmations, shipping details, and delivery timelines. Address any issues related to delays or incorrect shipments.
