Purchase Trainee

to join our dynamic

Tea Tasting Department

and be a part of our sourcing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily tea procurement and tasting activities. Work closely with the tea tasting team to understand quality parameters. Maintain purchase records, sample registers, and vendor data. Help in coordinating with gardens, brokers, and other stakeholders. Support the team in price analysis and market trend observation. Ensure timely documentation of purchase-related activities.

Freshers

Tea Management Institutes

or with basic exposure to the

tea industry

will be preferred. Passion for learning tea tasting and understanding market trends. Good communication, analytical, and record-keeping skills.

Skills & Qualities:

Interest in

tea tasting and purchasing

. Ability to work under guidance and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel for tea garden visits, if required. Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
