Key Responsibilities



Manage daily store and inventory operations Plan, source, and purchase raw materials & supplies Maintain accurate stock levels and documentation Coordinate with vendors, suppliers & internal departments Ensure timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing Monitor stock usage, wastage & consumption patterns Maintain hygiene, safety, and organizational standards

Requirements



Experience in

restaurant/hotel inventory & purchase

preferred Strong negotiation & vendor-management skills Good knowledge of food materials, stock rotation & storekeeping Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities Basic computer skills (Excel, billing/inventory software)

Salary:

Based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
