Manage daily store operations and inventory
Receive, inspect, and issue materials as required
Maintain accurate stock records and documentation
Coordinate with purchase and kitchen/operations teams
Ensure proper storage and FIFO practices
Handle stock audits and minimize wastage
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Store Executive (hotel/restaurant experience preferred)
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, stock registers/software)
Good organizational and communication skills
