Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and vendor coordination
Maintain inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels
Receive, inspect, and store materials systematically
Monitor stock movement and update records regularly
Ensure timely replenishment of goods as per requirements
Coordinate with accounts for billing and payments
Prepare purchase orders and store reports
