Purchase Responsibilities

:

Source and procure CNC machine spare parts, tooling, and consumables. Float inquiries, evaluate vendor quotations, and prepare comparative statements. Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of critical components to avoid machine downtime. Develop and maintain approved vendor list specific to CNC and industrial products. Raise and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP or internal systems. Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments and documentation.

Store Responsibilities

:

Maintain inventory of CNC machine spares, lubricants, and tools. Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation. Issue material to maintenance or production team as per request. Ensure proper labelling, binning, and storage of materials. Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder points. Maintain inward and outward register, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records. Ensure compliance with 5S and safety standards in the store area.

Qualification

:

Diploma / B.E / Any Degree with relevant experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
