Identify and negotiate with vendors for the best rates and quality.
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Compare quotations and maintain a vendor rate list.
Follow up with suppliers for order status, pending deliveries, and replacements.
Ensure all purchases are as per company standards and approved item list.
2. Inventory & Store Management
Maintain accurate stock levels (Minimum-Maximum Stock levels).
Daily stock inward/outward entry in software (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, Zoho, etc.).
Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits with the kitchen and accounts team.
Track expiry, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
Ensure proper storage conditions and hygiene as per FSSAI norms.
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and purchase records.
Verify bills with purchase orders and hand over to accounts for payment.
Update daily MIS reports and consumption sheets.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with kitchen, outlet managers, and central kitchen for requirements.
Support operations by ensuring timely supply of raw materials, packaging, and disposables.
Liaise with logistics department for dispatch planning.
5. Cost Control & Compliance
Monitor wastage, pilferage, and variances.
Ensure purchasing within budget limits.
Follow SOPs for procurement and stock handling.
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.
