About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying and assessing potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
2. Help prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement
3. Monitor order statuses and coordinate with suppliers to follow up on deliveries
4. Conduct research on market trends and pricing to support sourcing decisions
5. Maintain organized records of purchases, supplier information, and contract details
6. Work closely with the procurement team to enhance processes and resolve issues
7. Assist in inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and demand forecasting
Schedule of the selection committee:
1. The first round of interviews will be recorded via a Google form which will be shared on the Internshala message
2. The second round would be an interview with the HR or the founder directly
3. If selected First 1-2 week will be testing of your knowledge, basic training, and communication compatibility check of your work along with your manager. (if you are selected. You will be assigned work on the testing ground during this training period)
4. Based on your ability to complete the training period, and earn our confidence in being able to execute the end result as we expect from you without any hesitation you will be assigned to the role. (your offer of work will be handed to you here formally)

2. Has real industry experience in animal care
3. Is willing to work with us part time and learn on the go

6. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for supplier interactions and team collaboration
7. Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized documentation
8. Negotiation Skills: Basic understanding of negotiation techniques to assist in supplier discussions
9. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
10. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
