Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential vendors/manufacturers for private label products.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and MOQs to optimize cost and margins.
Coordinate with the design, packaging, and quality teams for product finalization and approvals.
Raise and manage purchase orders; ensure accurate documentation and adherence to timelines.
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment based on sales data and forecasts.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term collaboration and reliability.
Conduct market benchmarking to stay updated on pricing, trends, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams for smooth payment and dispatch processes.
Support NPD (New Product Development) initiatives by sourcing new product categories or suppliers.
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in
Private Label / Product Sourcing / Procurement
(preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Sound knowledge of purchase processes, cost structures, and inventory control.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
