Your Role & Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing: Manage procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods. Supplier Selection: Source and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers/vendors to secure the best deals. Vendor Management: Maintain an updated database of vendors, products, and costs in Excel/ERP systems. Supplier Performance Evaluation: Assess supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes efficiently. Order Management: Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and supplier capabilities. Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality. Documentation & Compliance: Keep accurate records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Coordination: Work closely with the factory, warehouse, and internal teams for seamless procurement operations.
What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in Safety PPE or related industries. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of purchase procedures, vendor development, and cost control. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and purchase documentation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
