Key Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers. Request quotations and compare prices, terms, and quality. Process purchase orders and maintain proper documentation. Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery. Maintain and update a database of approved suppliers. Coordinate with internal departments (inventory, accounts, etc.) to determine purchasing needs. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Resolve issues related to deliveries, invoice mismatches, and vendor disputes.
