Job Description

A Purchase Order Assistant supports procurement teams by managing the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders to ensure efficient supply chain operations. They review requisitions from departments, verify details for accuracy, and enter orders into ERP or procurement systems while coordinating with vendors for quotes and deliveries.Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels to identify purchasing needs, tracking shipments and resolving discrepancies like delays or incorrect quantities, updating records with order details such as dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts, and preparing reports on inventory, costs, and supplier performance.

Pay: ₹8,319.27 - ₹27,096.98 per month
