Purchase Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

purchase and inventory

of firefighting equipment, tools, and uniforms. Maintain

accurate inventory records

using inventory management software. Ensure all materials are received, inspected, and stored safely and systematically. Coordinate with

vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams

to ensure timely delivery of materials. Supervise store staff and oversee the

dispatch and issue

of equipment and uniforms. Implement and enforce

safety protocols

for material handling and storage to prevent hazards. Monitor stock levels and prepare

purchase requisitions

to maintain optimal inventory. Ensure

compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Prepare periodic

inventory and procurement reports

for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in purchase, stores, or inventory management. Knowledge of

firefighting equipment

or industrial safety materials preferred. Proficient in

MS Excel and inventory management software.

Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
