Key Responsibilities :
Source and order project-related materials based on requirements
Collect & compare vendor quotations, negotiate basic pricing, and follow up on deliveries
Maintain purchase records, approvals, and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers for timely dispatch and quality compliance
Handle day-to-day office administrative activities, documentation, and support tasks
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience :
0-2 years in Purchase/Admin (Freshers welcome)
Education :
Any graduate (mandatory)
Skills :
Strong in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, good communication, and vendor coordination
