Vendor Coordination
- Manage suppliers, negotiate terms, and update vendor details in ERP.
Inventory Control
- Track stock movement, reorder levels, and manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) through ERP.
ERP Reporting
- Generate purchase reports, stock valuation, pending orders, and supplier performance from
Gofrugal ERP
.
Data Accuracy
- Maintain error-free entries of purchase orders, invoices, and returns in ERP.
Responsibilities
Create & approve purchase orders in
Gofrugal ERP
.
Enter supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders.
Monitor stock levels in ERP and raise reorders accordingly.
Track pending deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
Prepare MIS reports (purchase summary, item-wise costing, vendor analysis) using ERP.
Manage return/replacement entries in ERP for damaged/expired items.
Train junior staff on ERP purchase modules.
Coordinate with accounts team for invoice verification and payments.
Education: Any Degree
Experience: Upto 7 Years
