Job Title: Purchase Officer - Industrial Electronics / PA & VA Systems

We are looking for an experienced

Purchase Officer

to manage the

procurement of electronic goods and components

for

Industrial Public Address, Voice Alarm, and IP-based Talkback Systems

. The role involves

vendor coordination, order placement, price negotiation, and purchase documentation

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

purchase of electronic and electrical items

from approved vendors.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate

with suppliers for best pricing and delivery terms.

Prepare and issue

purchase orders

as per project and inventory requirements.

Coordinate with vendors and logistics for

timely material delivery

.

Maintain

purchase records, vendor database, and payment tracking

.

Work closely with

project, accounts, and stores teams

to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

BSc in

Electronics/B.Com

1-2

years of experience in

industrial or electronic goods procurement

.

Strong

negotiation and vendor management

skills.

Good knowledge of

purchase processes, documentation, and ERP/Tally

preferred.

Should have a

2-Wheeler

and

License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
