We Requires Purchase Person at Vile Parle.

Position:

Purchase Executive / Officer / Manager

Location: Vile Parle

Job Profile :-

Forecasting required materials using both constant & trend models with special consideration to current consumption & future trends,developing key procurement schedules for commodities as per all contractual needs in local and international market
Assessing the performance of vendors based on quality improvement percentage, payments, pending orders & credit; negotiating with them to procure essential materials at reasonable price & quality for business consolidation
Maintaining stock level by rejecting materials found non-conforming and collaborating with suppliers to identify a course of action for satisfactory disposition of disclosed ones
Interfacing with the Production Department to sustain optimum inventory & Finance Department for payment of bills
Executing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses
Formulating reports on procurement and usage of material for top management
Identifying vendors based on the criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery and so on and running programs to evaluate vendors based on the feedback from internal stakeholders
In case of urgency need to visit khopoli workshop
Working Days : Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 5.30 working (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
