Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchase Engineer to lead our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient sourcing of goods and services.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive procurement landscape.
Tracking and expedition of issued Purchase Orders
*Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders .
*Generate, review, and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Work closely with the finance department to establish and manage budgets for procurement activities without compromising quality and or project timeline.

QUALIFICATION

*Graduates/B-Tech (with Machin manufacturing).
*3-5 years proven experience in procurement or purchase especially in Automation industry.
*Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
*Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
