Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the procurement process for electronics and engineering components. The role involves vendor sourcing, price negotiation, inventory coordination, order processing, and maintaining optimum stock levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic components, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and experience in B2B procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.

Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Process purchase orders and track order fulfillment timelines.

Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishments.

Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics for key electronic and engineering components.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.

Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance departments for smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Address any order discrepancies, delays, or quality issues proactively.

Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Proven experience Freshers with basic knowledge in purchasing, preferably in electronics/electrical component sectors.

Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

High attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
