to manage procurement for all our lounges across India. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to manage cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, and operational supplies for multiple lounges.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for the best quality & pricing.
Manage purchase orders, GRN, invoices, and inventory coordination.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and address shortages/damages.
Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor lists, and rate sheets.
Coordinate closely with Lounge Managers, Accounts & Operations teams.
Monitor stock levels and avoid over-purchasing or shortages.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Prepare purchase reports and submit to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with supply chain / procurement specialization).
2-5 years of experience as Purchase Executive in hospitality, hotel, or F&B industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase management software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Good understanding of costing, quality checks, and market rates.
Organized, responsible, and able to handle pressure.
