We have and urgent opening for the role of

"Purchase/Procurement Officer".

Industry

- Real Estate Firm (Development Firm)

Location -

Iscon Ambli Road

Salary - up to 60,000 PM

( Depends on current and interview )

Qualification:

Graduate or Postgraduate

Mandatory from: Real Estate Industry

P2P Cycle (Purchase To Pay) Responsibilities:

1. Receive material requests from sites via email or ERP

2. Review requests with AVP and process further

3. Find and source new vendors for materials

4. Send inquiries to vendors for quotes and negotiate prices

5. Compare quotes and get approval from AVP

6. Update vendor details in ERP system

7. Create and send purchase orders

8. Make changes to purchase orders as needed

9. Follow up with vendors for material delivery and bill submission

10. Coordinate with site teams for material receipt and storage

Vendor Management:

1. Process vendor bills and get approval from AVP

2. Scan and maintain vendor bill records

3. Follow up with accounts department for vendor payments

4. Prepare vendor payment lists for CMD approval

5. Inform CMD about outstanding payments

Documentation and Reporting:

1. Maintain purchase order, bill process, and payment registers

2. Prepare monthly purchase expenses report for site

3. Create reports and documentation as needed

Other Tasks:

1. Create new item codes and groups in ERP

2. Visit sites, vendors, and attend seminars/exhibitions as required

3. Support other tasks related to procurement and purchasing
