Job Description

We are hiring a Purchase Officer who can handle:-

Electrical/Electronic materials procurement

- Vendor negotiations

- Purchase order processing

- ERP or SAP knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and other necessary supplies. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure timely availability of materials. Collaborate with the production, quality, and finance departments to align procurement activities with company goals. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and changes in supply chain dynamics. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all procurement activities. Compile Group data on RM/ Chemicals/ Packing Material/ Common Consumables and analysis of same to add value to the system

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in B.E. Mechanical/Electrical, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ?154,885.63 - ?519,921.01 per year
