Manage procurement of construction materials, MEP items, and services
Identify and evaluate vendors; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Prepare and execute purchase plans as per project schedules
Ensure timely material delivery to sites and resolve supply issues
Coordinate with projects, stores, finance, and accounts teams
Monitor procurement budgets, cost savings, and vendor performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation
