Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Manager for our Interiors division to join our

dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of a variety of

interior furnishings and materials, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within

budget. As the Purchase Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining supplier relationships,

negotiating contracts, and sourcing high-quality products that align with our design vision. Your

expertise in market trends and supplier capabilities will be essential in selecting the best materials

and maintaining a competitive edge. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and

suppliers to ensure a seamless purchasing process that meets the operational needs of our projects.

Responsibilities

? Develop and execute purchasing strategies for interior materials and furnishings.

? Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

? Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for

the company.

? Manage relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new ones to diversify our

options.

? Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to prevent delays in project

timelines.

? Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand material requirements and

specifications.

? Analyze market trends and apply insights to improve purchasing strategies and cost

efficiency.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

? Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the interiors or construction

industry.

? Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successfully managing supplier

relationships.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a

team environment.

? Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions based on market trends.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple

projects simultaneously.
