Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Manager for our Interiors division to join our

dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of a variety of

interior furnishings and materials, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within

budget. As the Purchase Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining supplier relationships,

negotiating contracts, and sourcing high-quality products that align with our design vision. Your

expertise in market trends and supplier capabilities will be essential in selecting the best materials

and maintaining a competitive edge. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and

suppliers to ensure a seamless purchasing process that meets the operational needs of our projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute purchasing strategies for interior materials and furnishings.

Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for

the company.

Manage relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new ones to diversify our

options.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to prevent delays in project

timelines.

Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand material requirements and

specifications.

Analyze market trends and apply insights to improve purchasing strategies and cost

efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the interiors or construction

industry.

Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successfully managing supplier

relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a

team environment.

Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions based on market trends.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple

projects simultaneously.
