, contracts, price comparisons, and procurement reports. Coordinate commodity testing (count, out-turn, moisture, quality grades). Ensure proper documentation: PI, LC, BL, COO, QC reports, and customs compliance. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, and clearing agents. Monitor shipments, container bookings, logistics schedules, and delivery timelines. Ensure timely clearing of imported goods and smooth inward logistics. Track international market trends, price fluctuations, competition, and harvest cycles. Conduct landed cost analysis and present cost projections to management. Monitor FX rates, risk factors, and commodity demand-supply patterns. Coordinate closely with

production, quality, finance, and senior management

Experience:

Minimum

6 years

in procurement, with

at least 2-3 years sourcing from African markets

Expertise in sourcing
